At BPM Seniors, we are making homes safer and more comfortable for independent seniors.  We are trusted providers of home safety services to Senior Citizens.

Through our BPM Seniors Division, we team with Manor Development custom home builders to extend our trusted services to independently living seniors, with safety products and installations that fit any home and style.  We strive to help increase awareness for home safety issues in hopes of decreasing the risk of injury.

How do our Home Safety Services work?

We provide room-by-room assessments, completed by handyman and safety specialists.  We partner with you to determine your needs, and to establish a plan to make your home safer and more comfortable.  We provide safety tips, and simple solutions that do not always involve a product or require a professonal installation.

After the assessment is completed, we offer our professional installation of home safety products.  At a convenient time, we will meticulously install your safety products, and also provide you with information in order to effectively use these products.

Here are some examples of products and services that will enable seniors to remain living independently, safely and comfortably, in their home:

  * Change door knobs to lever handles, as well as doorway and stair grab bars.  Lever style knobs are much easier to use for both young and old, and are easily installed at very reasonable costs.
  * Light switches are much easier with "paddle" switches than "toggle switches.
  * In the bathroom, be more secure with Grab Bars, shower and tub seats, and non-skid surfaces.  We can also convert your existing bathtup into a Step-in Shower using the "Safeway Step".
